About Namaste Yoga Center
Namaste Yoga Center has been servicing Ocean Beach and the surrounding areas since 2005. We offer a variety of yoga classes with different levels to fit everyone’s abilities and needs--including beginners who have never practiced yoga before and students with disabilities. Our teachers are well-trained certified yoga instructors who bring their unique style to Namaste to share with all. Our goal is to provide an environment where people feel comfortable and safe to practice this amazing discipline. Namaste Yoga Center is a beautiful 1,750 sq ft space with high ceilings, lovely lighting and décor--and most importantly a warm feeling. Our sacred space has no mirrors because yoga is not about how you look but how you feel. Namaste Yoga Center not only offers you varied levels of physical challenge, but will take you on an exploration of your inner world.
